📋 Description

• Design, build, and optimize websites, translating Figma mockups into user-friendly Wordpress sites. • Build and optimize WordPress websites while ensuring responsiveness, speed, and SEO best practices. • Collaborate with the Website Director and other Squad members on design concepts. • Ensure high-quality, maintainable code optimized for performance. • Troubleshoot site functionality issues and collaborate to resolve challenges. • Plan and execute web design/development projects, ensuring deadlines are met.

🎯 Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing website creation and a range of designs. • Proficiency with Figma • Proficiency with WordPress • Proficiency with HTML & CSS • Knowledge of UX/UI Design Principles • Additional proficiency in Bricksbuilder.io (for WordPress) • Familiarity with web-based programming languages (JavaScript, PHP, etc.) • Knowledge of CSS Frameworks (Bootstrap, Foundation, Intuit, etc.) • DNS management skills • SEO knowledge (RankMath SEO Plugin) • Experience with Advanced Custom Fields • Understanding of Advanced Taxonomies for Sermon Management • Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask to meet strict deadlines • Adaptability to change the direction of a project at a moment's notice • Comfortable working as a team with the ability to convey ideas and solutions clearly.
