📋 Description

• Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to potential clients • Work with warm leads provided by the client database • Present products and solutions clearly and professionally • Support the sales cycle, including closing when applicable • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems • Manage follow-ups and ensure consistent client communication • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve performance targets

🎯 Requirements

• Czech: C2 (Professional proficiency required) • Slovak: good working level • English: good working level • Previous experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, or call center environments • Proven ability in closing sales (not only lead generation) • Strong communication and client-facing skills • Comfortable working with KPIs and sales targets • Comfortable working with CRM systems and structured workflows • Stable internet connection (LAN required) • Desktop or laptop: Windows 11 or macOS 14 minimum • Minimum 1.8 GHz processor • 8 GB RAM • At least 10 GB free disk space • Wired USB headset • Full attendance required during 1 week of paid training
