πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Support pipeline generation through targeted prospecting, outreach, and early-stage qualification across Talos’s core client segments, including hedge funds, market makers, prime brokers, and digital asset service providers. β€’ Participate in discovery and demo calls alongside senior sales team members, learning to map client workflows and requirements to Talos’s product capabilities. β€’ Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene in Salesforce, ensuring all opportunities, contacts, and activities are accurately recorded and up to date. β€’ Conduct market and account research to identify high-potential prospects and inform account prioritization strategies. β€’ Coordinate cross-functionally with Solutions, Account Management, Product, and Engineering to advance deals and ensure accurate client communication. β€’ Support proposal development, workflow documentation, and follow-up materials for active opportunities. β€’ Capture and quantify product feedback and feature requests, connecting client insights to product roadmap discussions. β€’ Build strong product knowledge over time, including Talos’s capabilities, competitive positioning, and technical architecture. β€’ Represent Talos at industry conferences and client events to build relationships, enhance brand presence, and identify new business opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 1 - 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within enterprise SaaS, fintech, or institutional financial services. β€’ Strong recent graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered. β€’ Demonstrated interest in financial markets, trading, and technology. β€’ Familiarity with digital assets or crypto markets is advantageous but not required. β€’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workflows reliably. β€’ Experience using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) within a structured sales process. β€’ Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in straightforward terms. β€’ Coachable, proactive, and thoughtful in approach, with good judgment on when to escalate versus act independently. β€’ High level of ownership and self-direction; able to identify priorities, remove blockers, and maintain momentum without constant guidance. β€’ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed team environment with a high degree of autonomy. β€’ Applicants must have professional proficiency in French.
