📋 Description

• Own user acquisition for a portfolio of mobile game titles end to end • Manage budgets, creative direction, and underlying automation • Manage acquisition P&L, including spend, CPI, D120 ROAS, margin, LTV, and payback • Run UA across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, Unity, Mintegral, and emerging networks • Conduct continuous structured testing • Develop creative strategy with the creative team, including hypothesis design and AI generation tooling • Perform systematic post-mortems on winning and losing creatives • Close the loop between UA, monetization, and retention with Data and Product • Build UA automation for budget and ROAS monitoring, rule-based optimization through network APIs, and alerting integrated with the MMP and data stack • Anticipate ecosystem shifts involving SKAN, privacy, and new channels • Report directly to the Head of UA

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of mobile gaming UA experience • Significant hyper-casual or hybrid-casual experience • Verifiable track record; ability to name titles, provide before-and-after numbers, and explain contributions • Fluency with Adjust or AppsFlyer, post-ATT measurement, and SKAN • Analytical autonomy using Looker or equivalent • Ability to build own LTV views • Demonstrated automation; something personally built and run in production • Working-hours overlap from 10:00–18:00 CET • Experience across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, Unity, Mintegral, and emerging networks • Experience with budget and ROAS monitoring, network APIs, MMPs, and data stacks • Python and SQL skills are a plus • Experience with a portfolio of 20+ live titles is a plus • Prior remote-first work is a plus • Proven track record in system building and automation is a plus
