📋 Description

• Develop mortgage business by targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence • Build and maintain customer relationships • Develop a customer base and new business in a competitive market • Conduct mortgage development and sales activities • Use TD's sales management system to manage sales activity • Make joint sales calls with the Senior District Sales Manager • Participate in monthly coaching sessions • Integrate into TD's corporate culture and sales team • Build an independent business using TD's brand in Canada

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales track record • Exceptional quality sales skills • Self-starter • Independent, self-managed professional • Ability to develop new business in a fast-paced, competitive market • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication • Post-secondary education preferred
