📋 Description

• Develop the mortgage business by targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence • Build sales skills and credit knowledge through targeted sales training • Work closely with the Sales Manager through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions • Use a sales management system designed for the sales channel • Build an independent mortgage business using TD’s brand • Develop and maintain customer relationships • Develop new business and customer base • Flex work schedule to maintain work-life balance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales track record • Strong capabilities to develop and maintain customer relationships • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and strategic approach to developing a customer base • Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional sales skills • Independent, self-managed professional • Experience developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication • Post-secondary education preferred • Subject to provincial regulation for employment purposes in Canada
