• Outbound Prospecting & Cold Calling: Conduct high-volume cold calls to U.S.-based businesses to introduce services and generate interest. • Execute outbound email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage potential clients. • Identify and reach decision-makers, owners, executives, and department heads. • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives. • Pipeline Management & Reporting: Track all outreach activities, prospect interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM. • Apply feedback and data insights to continuously improve outreach messaging and conversion rates. • Sales Team Coordination: Communicate prospect feedback and market insights to the team. • Support basic client onboarding steps when necessary.
• 3+ years of B2B sales or outbound prospecting experience, including high-volume cold calling • Advanced English proficiency, spoken and written • 2+ years of experience using CRM systems and sales tools • Strong persistence, resilience, and ability to handle rejection professionally • Background in staffing, technology, or cybersecurity industries (Good to Haves) • Previous experience working in a remote or international team environment (Good to Haves)
