• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Identify and establish relationships with new clients in the fintech and payment solutions sector. • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to align client needs with company offerings. • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities. • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and negotiations tailored to client needs. • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication. • Participate in regular meetings with the Commercial Leader, accommodating Hong Kong time zone schedules. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven success in the fintech industry, with a focus on payment solutions. • Strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales quotas. • In-depth understanding of the fintech and payment solutions market, including trends and challenges. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. • Ability to work flexibly to accommodate meetings in the Hong Kong time zone. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
