• Complete the full recruitment lifecycle in collaboration with hiring managers (requirements intake, job posting, CV screening, candidate selection, phone interviews, virtual interviews, sending pre-employment tests and issuing employment contracts/offers); • Establish recruitment priorities and rigorously monitor ongoing assignments; • Follow up with candidates who were not selected regarding their application; • Build and maintain candidate pools and pre-qualify candidates for future needs; • Identify passive candidates on LinkedIn and generate their interest; • Have a strong command of social media recruiting and be able to establish a presence on LinkedIn with active and passive candidates; • Analyze candidates’ skills in relation to business needs; • Advise and support hiring managers during interviews and candidate selection; • Propose and implement talent attraction and acquisition solutions (sourcing strategies, external visibility and appropriate recruitment channels); • Stay up to date on market trends (job posting practices, interview templates, psychometric tests).
• 3 months to 1 year of recruitment experience; • Experience in a recruitment agency is highly preferred; • Ability to work in a team with strong interpersonal and communication skills; • Good management of unexpected situations and priorities; identifies problems and seeks possible solutions; • Ability to organize work effectively, with rigor and attention to detail; • Initiative and the ability to anticipate next steps and actions to take; • Excellent client-oriented approach and rigor in follow-ups; • Strong sense of ethics and ability to protect the confidentiality of HR information; • Comfortable working autonomously with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams and LinkedIn Recruiter; • Ability to manage 15 to 20 open positions according to established recruitment priorities; • Experience recruiting for specialized IT and engineering positions (civil engineering, construction is an asset); • Intermediate level of English, spoken and written; • Excellent French, spoken and written.
