• Build and maintain relationships that drive revenue growth with local, regional, and national account customers. • Ensure that retail sales associates have the tools and product knowledge necessary to effectively demonstrate and sell product to consumers. • Maintain responsibility for growing account revenue for assigned accounts. • Develop, implement, and manage account strategies for sales, merchandising, product placement, etc. • Prepare and conduct product trainings and presentations with sales personnel. • Track the effectiveness of trainings and make suggestions for improvements. • Identify opportunities for territory growth through new potential accounts. • Perform other duties as assigned.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred. • Experience is sales or training is not required, but it is helpful.
