• Develop and oversee the medical education strategy that spans research MSLs, clinical MSLs, scientific liaisons, and commercial field teams • Serve as the primary cross-functional point of contact for educational content requests and needs across Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Commercial teams • Ensure consistent, accurate, and compliant messaging across all education channels • Design, implement, and manage onboarding and ongoing education programs for field teams (MSLs, liaisons, commercial) • Lead journal clubs, webinars, and workshops to keep field teams up to date with emerging data, industry trends, and Tempus’ scientific platforms • Collaborate with Medical and Commercial leadership to develop high-quality scientific engagement materials
• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, DO, or DNP) in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., oncology, molecular biology, genetics) • 5+ years experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Education, or Scientific Communications within life sciences or diagnostics • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Medical, Commercial, and Marketing functions • Strong knowledge of oncology, genetics, genomics, and the healthcare landscape • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills • Proven ability to translate complex science into clear, engaging education
