📋 Description
• Identify new opportunities and securing new deployments across the UK and beyond • Generate new business and relationships through targeted prospecting and strategic engagement within the rail sector • Expand relationships with existing customers by identifying new applications and opportunities for geofencing • Create compelling business cases to influence senior decision makers for enterprise-wide technology adoption • Develop client-specific sales strategies for long-term growth and successful deployment • Lead expansion strategies to increase device volumes while maintaining high customer satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrable experience in a senior business development role and generating new business OR significant experience working trackside at Network Rail or one of their main principal contractors • Deep experience and market knowledge in rail and infrastructure • Demonstrable history of successfully selling to enterprise-level organizations • Strong communication, negotiation and rapport building skills • Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness under pressure • Experience working in a safety technology organisation advantageous
