📋 Description
• Oversee and coordinate projects • Ensure timely delivery and alignment with company objectives • Take a hands-on role delivering training directly to client users • Plan and schedule project work • Organise and deliver client training • Produce clear written updates and reports for internal and external stakeholders • Support technology deployments on client sites around the UK
🎯 Requirements
• Significant experience in project management disciplines including planning, managing risks, dependencies, issues, timelines, scope, deliverables, and quality • Experience delivering training or coaching to end users • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project • Ability to work weekends, bank holidays, and/or overnight when required • Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills • Must be able to drive and have a full driving licence • Practical, hands-on experience delivering new technologies is desirable • Commercial awareness is desirable • Good report writing skills are desirable • Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline are preferred • Proven rail industry experience is advantageous
