📋 Description

• Спілкуватися з користувачами українською, англійською, китайською та іспанською мовами через чати та листи щодо сайтів і послуг компанії • Працювати у зміну з 16:00 до 24:00 • Передавати складні запити до інших відділів • Робити 30-хвилинну перерву та користуватися додатковими можливостями відлучитися на 10–15 хвилин під час зміни • Брати участь у зустрічах для командної взаємодії

🎯 Requirements

• Письмова Spanish (B2) • English (B2+) • Досвід роботи з клієнтами поштою, у чатах та/або наживо • Ініціативність та організованість • Готовність говорити про проблеми та пропонувати шляхи їх вирішення • Вміння брати на себе відповідальність за досягнення та факапи • Здатність контролювати свій робочий час на зміні • Бажання вчитися і розвиватися у сфері IT • Готовність працювати у нічні зміни 5–6 разів на місяць
