📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of strategic data analytics and reporting solutions that align with the client's mission and objectives. • Design and implement complex data architectures, integrating various enterprise systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality data analytics and reporting systems. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in data analytics and reporting, offering strategic advice and guidance to business leadership. • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards, maintaining data integrity and security. • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the data analytics capabilities of the client staff. • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing data architectures, recommending improvements and optimizations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. • 10 years of experience as a data solutions/data architect with a focus on high volume data pipelines. • Strong technical skills in data modeling, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization tools. • Experience providing technical and architectural expertise to support capture efforts, including solution shaping, customer engagement, and development of win themes and differentiators. • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale projects. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required by the client.
