📋 Description

• Lead backlog grooming, scope definition, and delivery prioritisation • Develop high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria • Conduct customer/citizen journey mapping and identify cross-team process gaps • Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams • Manage requirements traceability and compliance • Facilitate workshops and drive consensus across multiple suppliers and delivery teams • Assess scope feasibility and delivery readiness across Agile workstreams

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of Business Analysis experience in Agile environments • 9+ years of hands-on Pega Business Analysis experience • Strong expertise in backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements traceability • Experience in large-scale public sector transformation programmes • Excellent stakeholder management and Agile/Scrum delivery experience • Pega Certified Business Architect (CBA) • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
