📋 Description

• Develop and configure Pega applications • Design case management and workflows • Resolve defects in existing Pega estates • Develop Pega integrations and services • Perform guardrail-compliant development • Conduct unit testing and peer reviews • Remediate technical debt • Deliver work using Agile methodologies • Work across large-scale, multi-vendor delivery environments • Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 11+ years of software development experience • 9+ years of hands-on Pega development experience • Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) • Strong experience in Pega application configuration • Strong experience in case management and workflow design • Strong experience in defect resolution in existing Pega estates • Strong experience in Pega integrations and services development • Strong experience in guardrail-compliant development • Strong experience in unit testing and peer reviews • Strong experience in technical debt remediation • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies • Experience working across large-scale, multi-vendor delivery environments • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills • Experience within UK Public Sector environments is highly desirable
