📋 Description

• Manage and deepen strategic relationships with blockchain foundations and ecosystem partners • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned blockchain partners, aligning partner objectives with Tether’s strategic priorities • Design and execute growth projects with blockchain partners to drive adoption of Tether assets through real-world use cases • Develop scalable, sustainable projects that expand asset usage and circulation • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving regional expansion, economics, marketing, and other internal teams • Track, manage, and report project progress, outcomes, and effectiveness • Identify opportunities to improve execution efficiency, project structure, and partner outcomes • Operate autonomously to identify and advance new opportunities • Provide leadership with updates, insights, and recommendations based on partner and project performance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in partnership or ecosystem management, ideally within crypto, fintech, or technology • Strong track record managing high-impact strategic growth projects from concept through execution • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail • Ability to track, manage, and optimise multiple initiatives simultaneously • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate ideas into executable projects • Experience working cross-functionally with expansion, economics, marketing, or product teams • Ability to work autonomously and operate effectively in a remote, global environment • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Experience with blockchain foundations or Layer 1 / Layer 2 ecosystems preferred • Familiarity with stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, or real-world blockchain use cases preferred • Experience in fast-growing or unstructured environments preferred
