📋 Description

• Own design execution end to end, from concept and prototype through launch and iteration • Turn complex conceptual ideas into simple wallet experiences • Create high-fidelity and interactive prototypes quickly using modern and AI-enabled tools • Partner with product, engineering, and research teams • Present design work clearly to leadership • Raise the quality bar across shipped products • Contribute to strategic decisions about the future of wallets • Ship product updates weekly

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience • Experience shipping live products in wallets, crypto, or fintech • Mastery of visual design, interaction design, and prototyping • Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools • Experience using AI tools to accelerate ideation • Working understanding of crypto networks, fees, and self-custody • Ability to make complex concepts feel obvious in plain language • Proactive problem-solving approach • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment • Excellent English communication skills • Experience designing for emerging markets or first-time financial users is a nice to have • Design systems experience at scale is a nice to have
