📋 Description

• Work independently across complex, multi-deliverable projects with minimal direction • Manage feedback efficiently and proactively flag scope concerns to keep projects on track • Balance instructional design principles with practical client needs while maintaining focus on the learner • Collaborate closely with PMs, UI/UX designers, and developers as part of an integrated team • Translate SME input and raw content into clear, structured instructional narratives • Design scenario-based learning and knowledge checks connected to real job performance • Write clear, purposeful video scripts suited to the audience • Adapt content and tone for international and multilingual contexts • Craft innovative learning experiences for a construction-industry project

🎯 Requirements

• Strong writing skills are essential; this role is heavily dependent on clear, structured communication • Familiarity with Cognitive Load Theory and its application in learning design • A minimum of native-level proficiency or C1 in Norwegian and B2 in English is required • Fluent Norwegian speaker • Experience designing for technical or industrial audiences is a plus
