📋 Description

• Process ‘Calls for Help’ received from the supported community • Become familiarized with supported games to resolve player support requests • Stay up to date with changes in workflows, policies, and gameplay • Use various ticketing and social media platforms • Find creative solutions to day-to-day issues • Assist with reporting by tracking data on a form or spreadsheet • Support managers with ad-hoc tasks • Reach KPIs such as Productivity, Quality, and Player Satisfaction • Enforce community rules and treat everyone fairly in the context of the game • Report issues or trends found in the game

🎯 Requirements

• Native or professional level of English with excellent oral and written skills • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision • Knowledge of gaming social media platforms such as Reddit, Facebook, X, and Discord • Passion for video games • CV must be submitted in English
