📋 Description
• Attend pre-scheduled meetings with homeowners • Evaluate customer needs and recommend treatment options • Close sales deals • Dress professionally and conduct property inspections • Build self-generated leads and referrals • Follow up on pending sales in a timely manner • Attend all sales training and meetings • Recommend courses of action and provide estimates
🎯 Requirements
• At least one year of industry experience • Licensed through the SPCB • Experience with in-home sales is a plus • A valid driver's license with a clean DMV record • Able to pass a drug screening • Excellent computer and presentation skills • A professional manner and appearance • High school diploma or equivalent
