📋 Description

• Assist in maintaining the social media content calendar and creating and scheduling approved content across NSE channels • Identify key audience groups and tailor content for relevance and engagement • Support monthly marketing reports using social media analytics • Support market research activities • Monitor current market trends relating to the education sector • Update and add content to the NSE website with the Communications Coordinator • Design assets using templates for external marketing activities • Provide marketing support and training to team members and partners • Attend occasional in-person events to gather marketing material and schedule live social media content • Support film and photo shoots to create promotional content

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in an administrative role • Basic understanding of social media platforms and their use for marketing • Ability to work as part of a team • Competency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • High-level attention to detail • Proactive and able to work under own initiative • Proven ability to prioritise conflicting demands and meet deadlines • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Creative thinking • Comfortable working remotely • Previous marketing experience (desirable) • Experience updating website content on Squarespace (desirable) • Competency with social media scheduling tools (desirable) • Competency with design tools such as Canva (desirable) • Photography and video editing (desirable) • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field (desirable)
