📋 Description
• Provide general information about the organization’s learning programs to individuals interested in our training programs • Assist with participant onboarding and orientation processes • Support online learning sessions and group discussions through digital platforms • Maintain clear communication with learners throughout the learning process • Participate in internal training sessions and team collaboration meetings • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of learner engagement and training experiences

• Strong written and verbal communication skills • Organized and reliable with attention to detail • Comfortable working remotely using digital communication tools • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team • Interest in learning, professional development, and education programs • Experience in the following areas may be helpful but is not required: Training and development, Human resources, Education or mentoring, Program coordination or consulting
