• Joining conversations with hiring managers about the coolest roles in the market • Managing the team day to day and with making the ship run smoothly • Building relationships with our job searching community members • Rigorous documentation of the hiring / candidate process so we never drop a single ball • Managing paperwork, invoices, CVs and specs • Leading the growth of the department from the front • Most importantly, making matches!
🎯 Requirements
• Able and excited to chat with people on a daily basis - voice notes, emails, phone calls & zoom • Willing to sell ice to eskimos. • A people person- this role will need to manage people as well as work with them • Keen to learn more about marketing, or have experience in that sphere already. • Passionate about growth • Willing to go get new brands to hire with us
