📋 Description

• Serve as a data expert to the C-Store channel driving development and implementation of LSP initiatives • Supports C-Store Operations in tactical execution of current and future channel strategies • Ensure execution of channel capabilities using multiple systems including SalesForce, MSA, IRI, PowerBi, and PlanEx • Utilize analytical tools to ensure corporate objectives are met • Support CSE & Retail teams in reporting aspects • Implement tools, insights and processes to drive sales volume • Partner with internal teams for tool & capability development • Work in the field with ARSL, RSL, and TSA’s to gain perspective • Assist Operations Manager with providing direction on cycle priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required in relevant fields • Previous Category Management and/or CPG Sales experience (approximately 5-7 years) • Advanced analytical skills • Advanced understanding of consumer/shopper behavior and market research strategies • Knowledge of consumer sales industry trends • Complete working knowledge of the category management process
