📋 Description

• Prospect onboarding • Schedule Introductory Sessions for open inquiries • Develop and implement communication processes for social media inquiries • Assist active members with customer service needs • Facilitate communication between members, inquiries, and company staff

🎯 Requirements

• Current or former employee of Fastfit or The Perfect Workout • Ability to work remotely from home • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • A self-starter with a pattern of success at what he/she undertakes • Analytical and problem solving skills • Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills • Strong team player mindset • Confidence and ease in communicating across multiple channels (phone calls, texts, email, and social media) • Coachable - willing to try new things and is capable of to pivoting to new procedures • Education driven with the ability to implement key takeaways into introductory calls • Ability to answer every call and question with the intention of having a positive outcome.
