📋 Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and close new business • Build and manage relationships with hiring leaders and key decision-makers at client organizations • Drive all aspects of the consultative sales process including prospecting, client presentations, contract negotiations, and account growth • Collaborate with the delivery team to align candidate submissions with client needs and ensure timely interview coordination • Stay informed of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technology needs to maintain a competitive edge • Work cross-functionally with other Planet Group sales teams to expand service offerings and identify upsell opportunities • Work independently and exercise independent judgment in the determination of engaging, developing and maintaining suitable clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 2–5+ years of new business development experience in technology staffing • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and exceed sales targets • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the confidence to engage senior-level stakeholders • Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability • A driven, self-starting attitude with a desire to succeed in a commission-driven environment
