📋 Description

• You contact potential clients by phone and email to determine whether there is a need for new staff. • You conduct initial conversations with practice owners in the physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy sectors and quickly assess whether theratalent can help. • You qualify prospects using clear criteria and prepare them effectively for the next advisory step. • You schedule qualified appointments for our sales team and ensure the conversations are well prepared. • You maintain our CRM, reliably document your conversations and work in a structured way with our processes. • You follow up on leads, perform follow-ups and are not put off by a “no”. • You learn every day, receive feedback on your conversations and develop your sales skills step by step.

🎯 Requirements

• You enjoy sales, telephone work and direct communication with people. • You are ambitious, reliable and want to improve rather than just go through the motions. • You can speak clearly, likeably and persuasively — especially on the phone. • You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written. • You are disciplined enough to work focused from a home office. • You can handle rejection and do not give up after the first difficult conversations. • You enjoy working with clear goals, metrics and processes. • You have a quick grasp and want to understand how successful B2B sales work. • Initial experience in sales, call centers, customer contact or appointment setting is helpful but not required.
