📋 Description

• Manage quota workbooks • Support SIP execution • Conduct proactive analytics • Enhance commercial reporting solutions and dashboards • Improve sales execution, data visibility, and operational efficiency • Reduce administrative burden on sales and strengthen pipeline management • Analyze complex data sets • Support sales compensation programs • Build and maintain business intelligence solutions • Develop actionable insights to drive business growth • Contribute to commercial excellence and improve the effectiveness of the commercial organization through data-driven insights and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, or similar experience • BS/BA degree in a business or analytical field (business administration, information systems, or similar) • Certifications in relevant business intelligence areas are a plus • Knowledge of sales compensation processes, incentive plan design, and quota management • Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau • Strong proficiency in project management and process improvement • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Strong communication skills and experience presenting to and partnering with senior leadership • Master’s degree in business or an analytical field is desired • Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM system is desired
