📋 Description

• Provide advanced scientific and technical expertise, supporting Thermo Scientific HPLC and LC-MS solutions across EMEA North • Collaborate with sales teams and customers to deliver demonstrations, applications support, and training • Serve as a scientific advisor, helping customers optimize their workflows and maximize the value of their investments • Conduct product demonstrations, develop new applications, troubleshoot complex issues, and build relationships with customers • Work with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, R&D, and product management to ensure customer success and drive business growth through technical excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience with relevant analytical instrumentation and applications • Preferred Fields of Study: Chemistry, Biochemistry, Materials Science, Molecular Biology, or related discipline • Strong and demonstrated experience in environmental analytical applications is highly desirable. • Experience in other regulated markets (e.g. food safety, pharmaceutical, CRO or industrial testing) will also be considered • Demonstrated expertise in technical problem-solving and method development • Clear written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences • Strong presentation and training capabilities for both technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a results-oriented environment • Experience in project management and ability to handle multiple priorities • Willingness to travel up to 75% • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant scientific software • Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external customers • Fluent English required; additional languages beneficial • Valid driver's license and passport required for travel
