📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across business units • Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and HR teams • Develop effective sourcing strategies • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience • Shape talent strategy while representing Thermo Fisher Scientific’s culture and values • Attract qualified talent to advance the company’s mission

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Degree plus 3 years, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or corporate environments • Preferred fields of study: Business, Human Resources, or related field • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems; Workday knowledge preferred • Expertise in Boolean search, direct sourcing, and social media recruiting • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment across multiple business functions • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Stakeholder management and consultation skills at all organizational levels • Data analysis and reporting capabilities • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required • Experience with metrics tracking, dashboard creation, and data-driven recruiting insights • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • Project management and process improvement capabilities • Experience representing a company at recruitment events and career fairs • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements • Proven relationship-building and influencing abilities through collaboration
