📋 Description

• Lead large-scale Payroll, Time, and Absence system implementations across global and/or multi-country environments • Drive full project lifecycle delivery including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and regional stakeholders to define requirements and deliver compliant, scalable solutions • Serve as subject matter expert for Payroll and Time & Absence processes, ensuring alignment with local regulations and global standards • Lead vendor engagement and governance, particularly with ADP • Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination in complex enterprise programs • Oversee data migration, integrations, reporting, and controls • Support post-go-live optimization and continuous improvement initiatives • Support integration of payroll, time and absence systems as part of acquisitions or organizational changes, as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale Payroll, Time, and Absence implementations • Proven experience leading enterprise-level ADP implementations • Strong preference for hands-on ADP GlobalView implementation experience • Deep understanding of payroll operations, compliance, controls, and cross-border complexities • Experience managing global or multi-country deployments • Excellence in stakeholder management and executive-level communications • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-year technology implementations and digital transformation initiatives • Strong expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools • Experience managing project budgets, resources, and vendor relationships • Demonstrated ability to lead matrix teams and influence across organizational boundaries • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decision-making approach • Experience with change management and organizational transformation • Expertise in relevant technology domains (e.g., HCM, ERP, Digital Platforms)
