• Manage service sales and customer relationships for our Research and Safety Division in Canada. • Sell instrument services such as maintenance contracts and warranties. • Make daily outbound telephone calls and communicate via email to all interpersonal levels and functional areas in accounts where purchasing decisions are made. • Develop deep knowledge of service and support offerings to find new revenue opportunities in assigned accounts. • Communicate key activities, market trends, and changing customer directions to the organization. • Support marketing programs as assigned by the National Service Sales Manager.
• High school diploma or college diploma and sales experience is required, or a combination of post-secondary education with equivalent experience. • 2+ years previous inside sales experience preferred, excellent telephone skills and communications, and a high proficiency at sophisticated deals. • Digital literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, or like programs required. • Bilingual in English and French • Internet service and access for a hardwire connection to your internet router
