📋 Description

• Own day-to-day on-site coordination for installation activities • Reinforce safe work practices, ensure compliance with site safety plans, and escalate unsafe conditions • Verify installation workmanship, coordinate inspections, and manage punch list creation and closure • Track installation progress against schedules and short-interval plans • Identify milestone risks and drive corrective actions • Coordinate toolbox talks, trade coordination meetings, and look-ahead planning • Monitor site constraints and communicate impacts to the Project Manager • Serve as the on-site contact with customers, general contractors, construction management teams, third-party trades, and safety and quality representatives • Maintain version control of installation drawings and field change documentation • Coordinate with Engineering to resolve constructability issues and clarify design intent • Ensure field teams and subcontractors use current approved drawing revisions • Identify field-driven scope changes and document impacts to cost, schedule, and scope • Support change order development, RFIs, field clarifications, and substantiating documentation • Partner with the Project Manager on execution readiness, schedule adherence, risk escalation, and change control • Provide weekly or as-required site updates covering progress, constraints, safety, quality, issues, and milestones • Coordinate material readiness, deliveries, staging, and inventory control • Support workface planning and commissioning readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Background in electrical installation, industrial controls, automation, construction management, or related trade leadership • Familiarity with industrial environments, including manufacturing, process facilities, distribution, and energy • Experience coordinating third-party electrical contractors and working within GC-controlled job sites • Exposure to change management processes and documentation, including RFIs, redlines, as-builts, and T&M tracking • Experience leading or coordinating field installation on industrial, controls, electrical, or construction projects • Strong working knowledge of installation practices, jobsite coordination, and trade management • Ability to manage site safety expectations and promote a safety-first culture • Strong communication skills and comfort interfacing with customers, general contractors, and subcontractors • Strong documentation discipline, including daily logs, progress tracking, issue tracking, and drawing control • Proficiency with Teams/SharePoint or similar document repositories and basic schedule/progress tracking tools • OSHA-10/30, NCCER, or trade licensing certifications are a plus
