📋 Description

• Shape products that accelerate medical-device certification • Turn complex regulation into fast, clear and trustworthy experiences • Design products for medical technology companies bringing devices to market • Design products for regulatory teams assessing medical devices • Improve existing products and shape new products as Scarlet grows • Work with product, engineering and regulatory experts • Work directly with customers to understand their work and test products

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio of impactful products helped ship • Confidence turning ambiguous, complex problems into clear solutions • Sharp product judgement and exceptional design craft • Strong instincts for when and how to research • Experience designing, prototyping and evolving design systems in code • Superb written and verbal communication and openness to critique • Experience in health tech or another regulated industry • Live within +/- 2 hours of the UK’s timezone
