📋 Description

• Design, implement, and manage Tanium solutions for multiple clients, ensuring optimal performance, stability, and security of their endpoint environments. • Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows within Tanium to streamline endpoint management tasks, including software deployment, configuration management, and incident response. • Lead and execute endpoint management and vulnerability management processes using Tanium, ensuring timely remediation and compliance across client networks. • Provide Level 3 support for Tanium-related issues, acting as a subject matter expert for both internal teams and clients. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Tanium configurations, processes, and client environments. • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Tanium-based solutions. • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements to client endpoint security and management postures. • Stay current with the latest Tanium features, security threats, and industry best practices. • Assist in the integration of Tanium with other security tools and platforms. • Mentor junior team members and share Tanium expertise.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tanium, including deployment, configuration, and daily operations in enterprise environments. • Proven experience in automating endpoint management tasks using Tanium and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, etc.). • Deep understanding and practical experience in endpoint management methodologies and best practices utilizing Tanium. • Strong knowledge of endpoint security principles and practices. • Experience working in a Managed Services (MSP) environment is highly desirable. • Solid understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
