📋 Description

• Serve as a primary integration interface with client tax professionals • Lead business and user requirements sessions and formulate integration design and solution documentation • Analyze and deliver ORACLE integration implementations reflecting clients’ tax requirements and compliance processes • Engage Thomson Reuters teams to deliver end-to-end Indirect Tax integration solutions • Ensure all Indirect Tax-related requirements are met • Explain ONESOURCE Integration for ORACLE issues, problems, and solutions to non-tax and technical staff • Translate clients’ tax policies into ONESOURCE integration solutions • Work with Product and Engineering teams to grow the product and solutions • Install and configure ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Integration for ORACLE • Execute personal work within a controlled project management environment • Work with Pre-sales on prospects and bid development • Collaborate with functional and technical colleagues to deliver implementations

🎯 Requirements

• Technical experience implementing ORACLE and/or add-on solutions with external tax engines • 5+ years of work experience, including at least 3 years working with ORACLE ERP • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues caused by multiple installed add-ons • Skill in troubleshooting and resolving ORACLE system issues • Experience with process analysis, design, mapping, and re-engineering • Experience with process/software gap analysis and resolution • Experience creating and executing test cases and test scripts • Experience working in the ORACLE application • Oracle programming capabilities • Knowledge of APIs, Webservices (SOAP and REST), and XML • Bachelor’s degree required • Ability to travel up to 10% • Experience configuring transaction taxes and related master data within ORACLE is highly desirable • Experience integrating third-party enterprise tax products is highly desirable • Financial work experience or related degree is highly desirable • Ability to write or modify integration software and integrate applications/modules according to agreed specifications • Ability to create and execute unit testing • Object-oriented programming • ORACLE Certification is highly desirable
