• 5–7 years of proven success in sales and go-to-market recruitment, ideally within a high-growth technology or SaaS company. • Strong knowledge of the sales hiring lifecycle, from entry-level SDRs to senior account executives, revenue leaders, and marketing professionals. • Demonstrated ability to source and attract passive candidates in competitive GTM talent markets. • Experience in the Healthcare/Health Tech space is a big plus. • A genuine passion for building high-performing, diverse commercial teams. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—confident with senior executives and approachable to candidates at every level. • A growth mindset and adaptability to pivot priorities quickly in a startup environment. • A collaborative spirit and genuine excitement for Thoughtful AI’s mission and market opportunity.
