📋 Description

• Responsible for actively selling the Jobticket+ solution to companies. • Expanding market presence and acquiring new customers. • Managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing. • Reaching out to B2B contacts across various industries. • Developing and executing AI-driven sales strategies. • Building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers. • Presenting the Jobticket+ solution in demo calls. • Negotiating contracts and closing deals. • Using AI tools to analyze market trends and opportunities. • Delivering reliable sales forecasts and reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Required: German at native level. • 2–5 years of work experience. • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas. • Understanding of the B2B sales process. • Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially for closing deals. • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships. • Self-motivated and able to independently manage the sales pipeline. • Experience with AI-supported sales tools. • Experience in the mobility or transport industry is a plus.
