• Collaborate with product managers to define an ambitious vision and roadmap • Set team priorities and ensure alignment • Provide regular strategic updates to senior management • Work closely with other directors • Participate in onboarding new talent and support the professional development of team members • Contribute to engineering best practices • Mentor and support development teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience building scalable, production-quality software • Excellent adaptability and ability to quickly learn new technologies, methodologies, and architectural paradigms • Strong understanding of distributed architectures, service-oriented architectures (SOA), microservices, and cloud-native patterns • Expertise in designing architectures for modern web applications • Significant experience in complex business environments • Excellent command of Java and its ecosystem • Proven experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS • Proficiency with multiple relational and NoSQL database systems • Good understanding of modern frontend technologies (React, TypeScript) • Proficiency in English is essential
