📋 Description

• Lead discovery workshops • Map end-to-end customer journeys, current-state processes and practical future states • Turn needs into prioritised use cases, costed business cases, clear requirements, acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes • Establish data ownership, quality criteria and integration needs before delivery begins • Drive change and adoption with internal teams and customer stakeholders • Use feedback to improve delivered solutions • Own the use-case register • Surface risks early • Report progress, value and learning to senior leaders • Move internal and external customer initiatives from discovery into measurable use • Build reusable process, data and adoption foundations • Partner closely with the Principal Architect and AI team • Work across TIEVA and selected external customer initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years' business analysis experience • Track record of delivering complex transformation work • Strong process and customer-journey mapping • Ability to identify root causes rather than document symptoms • Experience building business cases • Experience shaping testable requirements • Experience with data quality, ownership and integration • Ability to work with operational teams, senior leaders and external customers • Clear, concise communication without jargon • Self-directed and accountable approach • Experience in an MSP or IT services environment, or on automation, workflow, integration or adoption programmes (useful, but not essential) • Recognised BA or change qualification such as BCS, IIBA, Prosci or APMG (useful, but not essential) • Curiosity about AI and responsible automation; AI expertise is not required • UK-based
