📋 Description

• Analyze, design and optimize business processes on-site or remotely • Implement AI-powered solutions such as automations, GPT-based applications and modern workflow tools • Prepare decision materials and implementation plans for management • Coordinate and facilitate workshops with business and management stakeholders • Take ownership of specific topics, work packages or projects – with direct client access

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, process optimization or a related field • Confident use of tools and methodologies like BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma or comparable approaches • Enthusiasm for AI-based applications and initial hands-on experience with tools like ChatGPT, Power Automate, Make, UiPath or similar • Strong presentation and communication skills to convey complex topics; German and English (B2 level)
