âą Own the acquisition-to-purchase funnel from the first landing screen on mobile app or mobile web to a paid, booked seat. âą Own onboarding and activation, paywall strategy, pricing and packaging across iOS, Android and Web, and the experimentation programme. âą Own conversion to purchase and lifetime value per subscriber across the path from first screen to completed payment. âą Map the end-to-end path across mobile app and mobile web, identify lost intent and prioritise fixes by revenue impact. âą Own continuity between web and app, including handover, payment, billing and refund differences. âą Account for paid, organic and referral acquisition channels in funnel design. âą Own onboarding flow, define and instrument activation, and reduce time and friction to the first booked seat. âą Own paywall placement, timing, design and gated content; own pricing and packaging across markets and currencies, including trials, offers, upsells and win-back. âą Balance first-purchase conversion against renewal quality and attendance. âą Run continuous experimentation with pre-registered hypotheses, adequate power and predefined decision criteria. âą Evaluate experiments against attendance, renewal and LTV as well as primary metrics. âą Partner with Marketing, Data and Engineering on channel mix, creative strategy, instrumentation, attribution, experiment design and onboarding requirements. âą Report to the VP of Product. âą Deliver growth in new-subscriber revenue, trusted improving conversion and activation metrics, channel-differentiated onboarding, measured pricing elasticity, maintained or improved LTV, and high experiment throughput.
âą B2C mobile product depth: has owned a consumer mobile application where the application is the primary business surface, with practical knowledge of how iOS and Android and Mobile Web differ. âą Experienced in paywalls, trials, pricing elasticity, tiering, upsells and win-back, and in the distinction between acquiring a subscriber and retaining one. âą Reads conversion and lifetime value together; distinguishes a conversion gain from a revenue gain; recognises when a pricing change has increased volume at the expense of value. âą Builds behavioural funnels and growth models, works directly with behavioural and payment data, and identifies conversion blockers from evidence. âą Sustains high experiment velocity alongside disciplined interpretation, including discontinuing tests that improve first purchase at the expense of retention. âą Understands first-purchase mechanics including framing, social proof, personalisation and timing. âą Operates effectively across Marketing, Data and Engineering without line authority; comfortable operating with founders and challenging decisions with evidence. âą 5+ years in product management, growth or lifecycle roles, including direct ownership of a consumer subscription funnel. âą Demonstrable conversion-rate and revenue improvements in a consumer mobile product. âą Hands-on ownership of paywall and pricing experimentation. âą Proficient in analytics tooling and able to query data independently. âą Fluent English required
