📋 Description

• Identify and engage target clients using our CRM system, ensuring outreach is timely and relevant. • Conduct basic research on industries, brands, competitors, and key decision-makers. • Build and maintain a professional LinkedIn network that aligns with our strategic goals. • Follow a structured yet flexible script to communicate TLC’s value effectively. • Reach out via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to initiate conversations. • Handle warm leads from inbound marketing efforts, such as website inquiries and content campaigns. • Clearly articulate how TLC supports customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. • Qualify leads, build rapport, and persuade prospects to meet with our BD team. • Address objections and concerns, ensuring prospects see the value in engaging with TLC. • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up consistently to nurture relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Some experience in telemarketing or sales. • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade effectively. • A client-focused mindset that understands and addresses business needs. • Resilience and determination to handle challenges in a sales-driven role. • Organised and capable of managing reporting and follow-ups efficiently. • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills. • A proactive team player with professionalism, integrity, and high emotional intelligence.
