📋 Description

• Work with engineering and product leads to identify high-impact opportunities • Plan, scope, and prototype solutions from design through rollout • Make technical decisions and recommendations foundational to the retail platform • Gather direct customer feedback and monitor industry trends • Deploy AI-native customer experiences powered by Toast IQ • Visit stores and speak directly with operators to understand workflows • Build integrations and back-office tools for large retail customers

🎯 Requirements

• Growth mindset with emphasis on learning and self/team-improvement • 6+ years experience building and shipping production software to customers • Experience with Java, Kotlin, or other object-oriented programming languages • Startup mindset and comfort with ambiguity • Flexibility using different technology stacks and languages • Comfort with testing methodologies and frameworks • Passion for making users happy and seeing people use the product in the wild
