⢠Consult with external parties to obtain information and documentation needed to complete reviews ⢠Consult with team members and supervisors on procedural issues during reviews ⢠Exercise independent judgment in handling complex reviews and escalate them as needed ⢠Communicate with and support internal and external teams ⢠Understand and convey internal and external processes and procedures ⢠Follow established compliance workflow procedures ⢠Manage review workload effectively and efficiently ⢠Provide excellent customer service and adhere to performance standards for contacting insureds, checking and responding to daily email, and conducting business professionally ⢠Coordinate with adjusting staff regarding Conflict of Interest, Growing Season Inspections, and High Dollar Reviews ⢠Alert adjusting staff to claims reviews in process ⢠Maintain required review documentation in the policy processing system ⢠Maintain qualified and trained reviewer status ⢠Monitor the Compliance Register for assignment of reviews ⢠Maintain knowledge of Risk Management Agency rules and regulations, ProAg procedures, and Federal Crop Insurance regulations ⢠Participate in assigned employee education and development programs ⢠Perform other related duties as required or assigned
⢠Two years of crop insurance/agriculture-related experience preferred but not required ⢠Strong analytical skills with attention to detail ⢠Demonstrated interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills ⢠Solid written and verbal communication skills ⢠Emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy when serving internal and external teams ⢠Advanced organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously ⢠Ability to maintain confidentiality in daily operations ⢠Curiosity to ask questions and solve problems ⢠Strong work ethic to support team deadlines
