📋 Description

• Engage healthcare providers and other key customers within an assigned geographical universe • Communicate clinically focused selling messages to create and grow revenue • Consistently deliver product goals and exceed sales forecasts and expectations • Follow Tolmar policies and all policies and procedures governing pharmaceutical product promotion in the United States • Collaborate with regional colleagues and field-based and home office personnel to address customer needs, market dynamics and trends • Develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives within the assigned geography • Participate in and help lead sales initiatives, industry congresses, local and regional meetings, and medical conferences • Execute effective business plans for the assigned territory • Develop working relationships with internal and external customers • Demonstrate assertive selling techniques, including asking for business on every call

🎯 Requirements

• Candidate must reside in the Greater Richmond, VA Area • Bachelor’s degree in science, business or related field • 2 or more years of successful business-to-business sales experience • Experience with in-servicing and training office staff, nurses and office managers • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking • Advanced organization and follow-up skills • Negotiation and selling techniques with demonstrated accountability in executing sales plans • Aptitude for learning technical and scientific product-related information • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects • Ability to execute effective business plans for an assigned territory • Ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers • Ability to take initiative without precise direction • Good judgment, discretion and compliance with industry ethical guidelines • Ability to work extra hours and weekends as necessary • Overnight travel up to 50% • Ability to lift 50 pounds • Ability to travel by air as required
