📋 Description
• Develop and deliver the organic search strategy across Bingo and Casino brands • Forecast traffic, conversions, and commercial impact • Champion organic search across the business • Monitor industry developments, search algorithm changes, and competitor activity • Lead, coach, and develop the Organic Search team • Manage relationships with external SEO and ASO agency partners • Own the technical SEO roadmap • Shape content strategies around player intent and local market opportunities • Collaborate with teams across Brand, Paid Media, CRM, Product, Engineering, Onboarding, and Compliance
🎯 Requirements
• Significant experience leading SEO or Organic Search strategies • Proven success growing organic traffic, visibility, and commercial performance • Strong technical SEO knowledge • Commercial mindset with experience forecasting performance • Experience leading and developing teams • Strong understanding of content strategy • Experience using GA4, Google Search Console, and leading SEO platforms
