📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines at customer sites • Support installation, commissioning, and rollout of new machines across the UK • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues • Carry out preventative maintenance and reactive repairs • Build relationships with customers and site contacts • Travel throughout the region to support customers, including occasional overnight stays • Record service activities, machine status, and updates using digital systems and tools • Share feedback and contribute to continuous improvement • Maintain high safety standards and follow TOMRA Safe and LOTO procedures • Transition to a rota-based shift pattern with weekend coverage from October 2027

• Curious and solution-oriented mindset • Strong attention to detail • Customer-focused approach • Clear and confident communication skills • Foundation in electro-mechanical systems • Interest in analysing, testing, and repairing complex equipment • Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team • Flexibility to travel and manage own schedule in a field-based role • Full UK driving licence • Willingness to follow safety procedures, including TOMRA Safe and LOTO standards • Flexibility for approved overtime and weekend working • Ability to work a rota-based shift pattern including weekend coverage from October 2027
